Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping with Buhle Ink.
We take pride in creating apparel that honors legacy, quality, and purpose. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
During product launches, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (when available)
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Buhle Ink is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at sales@buhleinkapparel.com before your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Buhle Ink is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production or processing has begun, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
